1. Scope of Services
MeiDon specializes in AI infrastructure solutions, technical consulting, and global technology sourcing services based in The Netherlands.

2. Intellectual Property
All website content, technical specifications, and the MeiDon logo are the exclusive property of MeiDon. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

3. Compliance & Export Controls
Clients must comply with all Netherlands and European Union export control laws. Our solutions must not be used for any prohibited end-uses or by entities on EU sanction lists.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch Law, MeiDon shall not be liable for any indirect losses or business interruptions resulting from global supply chain volatility.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in The Netherlands.
